Service Level Agreements

Abstract
This article defines so-called Service Level Agreements that   means   maintenance   contracts   on   performance provided  in  the  ICT  area.  At  first  SLA  are  delimited and main types of SLA are defined. The second part of this  article  offers  fundamental  content  of  SLA  in  the view of its practical usage.
