In July this year, an interesting article “Consent, or license agreement?” written by Prof. Telec was published in the journal Právní rozhledy. This commentary presents some arguments in favor, but also against the published opinion, which advocates for a consent as a legal basis for some free licenses. In the opinion of the author, consent is possible legal basis only for a few licenses, and even for these, it is not advisable solution for commercial use for presented reasons.
