The article „Legal Documents Processing Using Markup Languages,“ explains the mission of markup languages and their use in electronic editing legal documents. The introduction is an idea of markup languages and their possible use in the legal area – known as Legal Markup. The account is also taken relevant Czech legislation, which deals with the form of legislation. Finally, this article introduces the major international projects, preparation of legal documents in state practice. The article also describes demonstration and marking scheme Akoma Ntoso on the Czech law.
