The article deals with the modification and enforcement of the protection of the privacy of an individual on a computer network, especially then on the Internet, in administrative law and in criminal law. Attention is also paid to the types of attacks on these protected goods, as well as the European Arrest Warrant and its implementation into the Czech legal order.
