The first part of the paper deals with language problems as such. It first considers the causes of the problems, and then names and defines the most common ones. The second part deals with various ways of their solution. In the last, third part, it shows how these methods are incorporated in information systems and divides them accordingly into 3 generations of solutions. In the end, it compares these generations and infer future development from historical development.
