The article reveals the strengths and the weaknesses of on – line dispute resolution with the focus on the online arbitration in disputes which arose from B2B commerce. It was necessary to compare advantages and disadvantages of online process with classical alternative dispute resolution in the beginning, than to analyze particular working system and to describe future development. It was essential to focus on the hurdles with recognition and enforce-ment of the online award in the end of the article. The aim was to show in which cases (B2B, B2C, C2C) the online dispute resolution is feasible, effective.
