it means that schools can play a significant role in this process. Being aware of this fact, some schools have already included a few aspects of the multicultural education into their curriculum and teach children to be tolerant, to refuse racism and xenophobia. Unfortunately, the rest of educational institutions have not chosen their way to approach this problem yet. To facilitate their decision making process, the article tries to summarise everything schools can do in this area.
The main part of the text looks at the questions connected with the intercultural education at a theoretical, a theoretical-practical and a practical level respectively. Furthermore, at the practical level, it distinguishes between the simulation and the reality.
