Abstract

Pohybová aktivita je účinný prostředek k zachování fyzického, psychického i sociálního zdraví, které je pro učitele a učitelky pro výkon jejich povolání zásadní. Informace o objemu a intenzitě pohybových aktivit se dají shromažďovat pomocí různých metod. Cílem této studie bylo zjistit pomocí dotazníkového šetření množství pohybové aktivity budoucích učitelek 1. stupně základní školy. Výzkumný soubor tvořily studentky programu učitelství pro 1. stupeň ZŠ na vysokých školách v ČR v akademickém roce 2023/2024. Data byla shromažďována pomocí mezinárodního standardizovaného dotazníku k pohybové aktivitě (IPAQ), sledujícího pohybovou aktivitu během posledních 7 dnů. Výsledky ukázaly, že průměrná pohybová aktivita studentek je 7185,53 MET-minut za týden, přičemž největší podíl pohybové aktivity je vyvíjen v oblasti práce (resp. brigád) a studia (3000,15 MET-min/týden).
