Integration in psychotherapy in the way of team. Twenty-year experience in SKT Liberec

The author describes twenty-year experience with leading the Centre of complex care in Liberec, which was established as a new type of health services for the care of psychosomatic patients and with an emphasis on adjustment of the care to patient. Circumstances of the establishment and specifics of the work at this type of the workplace are mentioned. It mainly includes cooperation of experts from various fields (medicine, psychology, psychotherapy...) as well as formation of trust and toleration across psychotherapeutic schools and approaches. Finally the author holds up hopes that this type of health workplace with various team of doctors and psychoterapists or physiotherapists is also possible in our conditions.
