Reflecting process: Experiences from the intership in Acute team, Psychiatric centre, Tromso, Norway

This article presents the experience of study stay at the University of Tromso in Norway. Town beyond the Arctic Circle was the point of work of family therapist Tom Andersen, the author of approach called Reflecting process.Legacy of Tom’s work is developing by staff of Acute-team, Psychiatric Centre for Tromso and surroundings. Authorof this article joined the team for few sessions. Practice of reflecting team is showed through description of collaboration with the client and it is illustrated by the theory.The text provides a perspective to look at dialogical approach to therapy as at attitude towards life.
