Supervision helps us to repeatedly glimpse at processes and phenomena which tend to resist noticing, self-reflection, and (either individual or team) self-concept. Supervision creates a space for a ritual which repeatedly returns and brings up a symbol. Thus, supervision is a tool of the symbol preservation which helps integration, connects and creates wholeness.
