TYPOLOGIE ZIRKONU Z VÝSKYTU HORNIN DURBACHITOVÉ SÉRIE V OKOLÍ NOVÉHO MĚSTA NA MORAVĚ

Typological study on zircon grains from an occurrence of durbachite series rocks in the vicinity of Nové Město na Moravě revealed distinct similarity with other intrusive bodies of this suite in the Bohemian Massif. The most widespread zircon type is S24. I.A. and I.T. yield values 454 and 643, respectively. The whole suite seems thus to fall into a field of hybrid granites of crustal + mantle origin (Pupin 1980). This result is in good agreement with the theory of mixed origin of durbachites, postulated by Holub (1997).
