Surface remnants after mining of the Ag ores at Horní Benešov are practically completaly destroyed. This remnants were reconstructed on the base of the written and map sources from 16. to 20. centuries. One of the most important main problems was finding out of used linear measures of individual authors. Interpreted mines were plotted to the maps with coordinate system (JSTK). A precision of the reconstruction was enabled by present water outflow in locations of the expected shafts.
