Teorie Steina Rokkana a její použití v postsocialistických zemích jihovýchodní Evropy: Case Study - Albánie

Roč.5,č.1(2003)

Abstrakt
This article tries to apply the theory of Stein Rokkan in post-communistic Albania. The author firstly identifies the critical junctures of political history in Albania and then attempts to describe the resulting cleavages in Albanian state in the beginning of the last century. The next step is to analyze the present cleavages which are relevant for albanian party system. The conclusion is that Albania as a country in transition still maintains the most important post-communistic cleavage: old regime vs. the challenge of transformation.
