Unfair Competition Law in the EU and in the Czech Republic (Paradoxes of the current state and the new trends)

Vol.14,No.4(2006)

Abstract
In science, it is considers good manners to start by delimiting concepts that are to be used in one's analysis. However, good habits may turn into bad ones whenever the delimítation of key concepts becomes so thorough and detailed that little time and space is left for a serious discussion of other issues. Let me therefore leave aside any considerations of what con stitutes law in general and law on unfair competition in particular, while only briefly discussing the notions of 'current state' and 'trends in development'. The expression 'European' is used in the sense of referring to the situation in the member countries of the EU.
