Abstrakt
This article is attempting in exaggerative and gently provocative style to challenge two selected terms, that are central key words for description of the cleavage centrum - periphery. Author of the article wants to present some objections, which can be at present time of advancement and expansion of information and communication technologies in opposition to undue geographic determinism asserted in Stein Rokkan´s theory. This text is dealing with trend of weakening of the traditional teritorial relation and its relevance for current political and social system and substitute of this traditional occupancy of the teritory by the possession of informations.
