Protipřistěhovalecké xenofobní strany v evropském kontextu: Příspěvek k charakteristice xenofobních stranicko-politických formací

Analýza protipřistěhovalecky orientovaných stran a hnutí představuje specifickou součást výzkumu stranicko-politických ztělesnění rasismu a xenofobie v soudobém evropském kontextu. Na úvod je třeba připomenout, že se jedná o téma, které se do popředí politologického zájmu dostalo především v devadesátých letech XX. století, poté, co postupně nabývalo na politickém významu v uplynulých třech dekádách. Charakteristickým, dominantním rysem tohoto tématu bylo a do značné míry stále je jeho sepětí s problematikou expanze vlivu radikálně pravicových a/nebo xenofobních a populistických stran v evropských (především – ale nikoli výlučně – západoevropských) zemích. Toto sepětí také částečně vysvětluje fakt, že se těmto fenoménům dostávalo v rámci evropské politologie relativně značné pozornosti, odrážející společenskou a politickou poptávku po zpracování tohoto tématu (bez ohledu na přetrvávající pochybnosti, zda míra této pozornosti a poptávky odpovídala ve všech případech skutečné politické relevanci protipřistěhovaleckých, xenofobních stran a hnutí). V každém případě vznikla díky této skutečnosti svým způsobem mimořádná příležitost k zajímavé konfrontaci různých metodologických přístupů k analýze a klasifikaci stranicko-politických ztělesnění xenofobie. V rámci tohoto analyticky pojatého příspěvku bude pozornost věnována dvěma navzájem propojeným souborům problémů: jednak často diskutovanému vztahu mezi protipřistěhovaleckou, xenofobní či (quasi)rasistickou a radikálně pravicovou orientací, jednak pokusům o klasifikaci protipřistěhovaleckých politických stran a hnutí jako monotematických, protestních nebo extremistických a antisystémových stranicko-politických formací.
