Národní parlamenty a kontrola záležitostí EU: typologická perspektiva

Roč.13,č.4(2011)

Abstrakt
This study contributes, in two respects, to research into national parliamentary control of European Union (EU) affairs. First, it offers a qualitative, typological perspective on control. It develops a complex typology of control based on its four key attributes. Subsequently, the complex typology is reduced to a moderately complex and parsimonious typology. Second, it offers a comparison of the control systems of the current 27 EU member states. This comparison reveals a relatively high degree of heterogeneity with respect to control; however, this heterogeneity can be, as was mentioned, simplified into a more parsimonious categorization.
