The article deals with a policy of the trotskyist group “Budoucnost“ (Future) concerning Romany minority in the Czech republic. It describes a developement of a minority policy of the group Future since the early 90s of the 20th century. It places emphasis on the activities connected with a publication of the periodical Socialisticko Tajsa. The Future wanted to mobilize Romany minority for socialistic ideas but it failed. The Future considered social and economic factors to be crucial for the integration of Romanies into the czech society. These factors were wiewed by the Future from the marxist perspective. The Future considered capitalism to be the main reason for racism and problematic coexistence of Romanies and the majority.
