Web 2.0 And Its Usage In Czech Sports Environment

Abstract

The article considers the potential of using Web 2.0 tools in sport marketing particularly because of its popularity among internet community. Web 2.0 contents contain many internet services. Facebook belongs to the most famous social network. Facebook has recently gained 3 million accounts in the Czech Republic. Twitter is the most important microblog and Youtube represents a tool that is used for multimedia sharing. There are general analytical tools which are used for basic effectiveness measuring in web 2.0 tools. There are also specific approaches which can be used in effectiveness and analysis of sport marketing which are described in the article.
