The Analysis of the Performance Changes In Sprint Fatigue Test and the Maximum Level of Blood Lactate Aft er 3 Month Conditioning In Frisbee Ultimate Players

Vol.4,No.1(2010)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find the efficiency rate of 3 months of conditioning upon performance in sprint fatigue tests and blood lactate levels. The training load used was anaerobic endurance training with repeated 200m sprint endurance workouts and repeated 60m workouts. The subjects also ran for 40 minutes aerobic endurance training once a week in a regeneration zone. The hypothesis was confirmed that after 3 months preparation, the blood lactate levels after sprint fatigue tests was significantly higher, from input 15.1±1.7 to output 17.4±2.2 mmol.l-1 (p<0.05). Also fatigue index decreased from 0.42±0.11s to 0.30±0.11s (p<0.05) in absolute values. In input output analysis of relative values, it was decreased from 6.92 % up to 5.03 % (p<0.01). Accordingly, it is advised to condition anaerobic high intensity intermittent training (HIIT) with a non-specific state, so that to create sufficient reserve for increase intensity in some parts of the game.
