Changes of the regulation of rents

The Act amendig Civil Code Nr. 267/1994 (in force from 1.1. 1995) brought significant changes into law regulation of the renting relations. This changes, in the article separately mentioned, deal with appropriations of rental contracts, rights and duties of landlords and tenants and especially with the end of the contractual relation and the claim of tenant to flat compensation when clearing out the flat. The mentioned changes are heading towards strenghtening the position of landlords as owners of houses (flats), which moderates the tension existing in this relation­ships. To reach better qualities of this relations by keeping the necessary extent of protection of tenants will not be possible without comprehensive solution of all connecting aspects, especially of the economíc one's.
