The contribution is devoted to the singular forests problems which is analysed from the historical viewpoint and from the valid law viewpoínt. The stress is put on the expression of the Land Act No. 229/1991 Coll. in cases of the so called restitution proceedings and users' relation. At the same time, the fundamental possibilities, ensuing for the singular forests proprietors from the general regulation comprised in the Civil Code, are indicated. Particular attention is paid to the singular problems in the proceedings on the grounds delimitation adjustments.
