The municipalities secure public property, also priority property and local public property

This ar­ticle deals with public property securing carried aut by budgetary and allowance organizations, and further, by trading partnerships founded by the muni­cipalities. The article also mentions the problems concerning collective forms of enterprise of the mu­nicipalities and it concentrates on interest groups of legal entities and voluntary associations of mu­nicipalities. Within the framework of budgetary and allowance organizations economics it is important to define the financial relationship between organi­zer and the appropriate organization; however, bo­th forms are in the budgetary sphere constructed in such a way that all the economic activity does not make any profit. Another possible way of securing public property by the municipalities is the munici­palities' entrance into other trading partnerships.
