The Public Prosecutor's office in the Civil Proceeding on the subject of Fundamental Principles

Abstract
In this article the author deals with the possibility of intervention of Public Prosecutor’s Office in the civil proceeding and values the legal regulation from the view of fundamental principles. Primarily is the author concerned in surrogate courts, where there no doubts about the present regulation are, next he is concerned in controversial proceeding, where the possibilities of the potential discrepancy between regulation and the fundamental principles are.
