The article follows the question how to apply the legal principles stated in the Par. 6 of the Act No. 137/2006 Coll., about tenders, subsequently amended.
It analyses what is legal principle in general and what are legal principles of transparency, of equal treatment and of non-discrimination in public procurement. It is concerned with public procurement of tenders below 2 mil. for supplies and services or 6 mil. for works from the view of legal principles. It introduces some of decisions of the Office for the protection of competition or its chairman and of courts.
