Active Repentanence, Co-operative Accused, Leniency-programme – a Way to More Effective Law?

Abstract
The article tries to evaluating the conditions for application of a leniency program, effective grief and cooperating defendant to point out the similarities between the institutions and highlight their practical significance in the detection of a particularly malicious conduct for society. It also points out that harmful effects may not be addressed only in criminal law, but granting ”immunity“ may be accepted in the detection of a particularly dangerous conduct in the law business was through the leniency program.
