Some Issues Connected with Responsibility of Czech Republic for Damage Caused by the Making Law in Justice in Relation to the Principles Resulted from the EU Law

Abstract
The article deals with the legal regulations of the Czech Republic allowing to sue the state for damage caused to individual resulting from the violation of obligations arising from the breache of obligation of the European law. The article deals with the damage caused by making law injustice in the concrete. The article concludes that even under current legal regulations there is the opportunity to successfull sue the Czech Republic for such breach.
