Current Problems of Legal Regulation of the Ownership of a Flat

This article presents several chosen actual problems and deficiencies of Czech legal regulations of the ownership of a flat. The first analysed problem is about uncertainty, what rooms, parts of a house or another associated buildings are formally more or less legally connected to a flat. The second presented problem is the owner's right to declare a part of a building as the individual section. The third analysed problem is about legal soulution of the missing legal title to use the piece of land beneath a flat-building. The greatest mentioned deficiency is the possibility to sell one's flat by the court authority. And the last presented problem is one formal deficiency in legal regulations of the relationships between neighbours.
