The aim of the article is to think about usage of electronic signatures in electronic tools for public procurement according the previous and contemporary legal regulation, particularly in connection with certification of electronic tools after the 1st July 2011. According to the Act No. 137/2006 Coll. electronic tools for public procurement are usingvalid advanced electronic signature based on a qualified certificatebut this article is not concerning explanation of electronic signature itself.
