The article „Inheritance Disputes“ demonstrates through practical examples the three groups of court cases, dealing with inheritance: disputes between potential heirs, disputes between multiple heirs, as well as disputes between heirs and third parties. The article contains cases from Roman law, as well as some contemporary Czech court cases.
