Comparative analysis of the defense of democracy in the field of the right of association in the Czech and Slovak Republics

Abstract
The article analyzes limits of freedom of association in the Czech and Slovak Republic. It is focused on antidemocratic subjects and eventual democratic restrictions of them by authorities of these states. Study compares the Czech and Slovak Republic because of their mutual proximity (legal, historical, political etc.). Attention is paid to political parties and to citizens association as well. Firstly there is researched and analyzed legal framework of militant democracy in case of freedom of association. After that there are introduced causes that were solved by state offices or by courts in each country. At the end every pieces of knowledge are compared and conclusions are deduced from them.
