The right of the president to accept, authorize and remove the chiefs of representative missions

Abstract
The text concerns authorization of ambassadors and disputes between the president of the Czech Republic and the minister of foreign affairs. The text works on presumption that the authorization of ambassadors is the constitutional authority of the president of the republic. It is subject to countersignature by the prime minister, but nobody can become the ambassador without the agreement of the president.
