Position of transnational company agreements in European social dialogue

Abstract
In the article the author elaborates and approximates still one of the most actual questions in European labour law, which are transnational company agreements. In the introduction parts he devotes to position of transnational company agreements in frame of European social dialogue, to participants, who are concluding them and to their own purpose. The second part is devoted to the current development of this issue and analyzed possible results in national law systems. The emphasis is also placed on the approximation of proposing legal frameworks for solving the status of these agreements and the author's own proposal about mechanisms which is necessary to be taken into account in their followers.
