Soon the resolution of the constitutionality of a restriction on the right to assemble peacefully

Vol.21,No.4(2013)

Abstract
This contribution deals with one of the restrictions of the basic right to assembly, concretely with the prohibition of the assembly in the area of 100 metres from the Constitutional Court´s buildings or from the place where this court acts. In my opinion, this prohibition is at variance with the constitutional order of the Czech republic, especially considering the limits for the activity of the simple legislator. In this article I would like to open the dispute about the solution of this quite a substantial problem, for example by abolition of this legal regulation.
