Use of forests and liability of the owner according to the practice of Supreme Court and the new civil code

Abstract
Forests are within the legal limits free to use of public and the forest owners have to put up with the entrance of people to their land. As the forest owners have to keep the forests in good shape, are they at the same time responsible for damages caused to the visitors as the consequence of the bad condition of the trees, especially tree falls. This article deals with the with scope of the liability of forests owner considering case solved by the Supreme court as well as the regulation introduced by the new civil code.
