The author in his contribution focused on practical aspects of the application and granting of compensations to victims under the control of adhesion and subsequent enforcement of rights and entitlements of injured party (the lender) against the convicted person (debtor), which is in bankruptcy. Explains it in a standard case of insolvency proceedings in the form of debt relief and the possibility of claiming damages in criminal proceedings with regard to parallel insolvency proceedings.
