Editors of Law and the Manufacturing of Legal Informations Resources

Legal documents as carriers of legal texts traditionally originate from various sources. Legal texts being processed in various conditions and for various purposes. Besides the official publication platforms, we also encounter the nonofficial sources. Modern sources of legal information operate nowadays in the form of legal information systems. The significance or informational value of legal texts in sources of legal information varies according to their authenticity, the form and quality of their processing, as well as the role and legitimacy of the editors. The editorial element in the entire process plays a dominant role in the practical interpretation of law. Legitimacy of sources of legal information, even the particular editors, differs fundamentally.
