In May 1993 one of a number of amendments of the Civil Code of Procedure was approved. It especially introduces the decisions for recognition and default decisions which are connected with the return of so called default procedure into our civil law one. The provision of the payment order is amended where any financial limitation is withdrawn in case of claiming the right for the payment of a certain amount of money. Furtbermore the amendment increases the upper limit of the disciplinary fine which can be now imposed by the decision of the senate chairperson up to the amount of 50 000 Czech crowns.
