Some problems of the community law of the European Community

The essay contains information about the basic problems of the law arrangement of existence and activity of the trade companies within the framework of European Community. The target of it is to give the basic information and survey of the sources of the law. It doesn't concentrate on a detailed analysis of problems of the law.

In the first place the essay gives an outline of contents of single directives enacted by the Council of Ministers to harmonize the community law of single member countries. It deals with the directives that have been passed as well as with those that still exist only as bills, and it brings up the amendments of the directives carried out until the end of the first quarter of 1993.

Another center of the essay is the information about the regulations of the Council of Ministers. It analyses the already passed regulation of European Economic Interest Group (it's rise, organs, property means, meinbership of the group). Also it deals with the bill of the regulation of European Joint-stock Company and it brings up the problems connected with passing this regulation.
