Reorganization of Enterprise and Employment

Abstract
The paper Reorganization of Enterprise and Employment deals with legal aspects of the restructuralization of production and the dissolution of ineffective enterprises as a immediate consequence of the Economic reform from the point of view of labour law - partly in case of the partial dismissal, partly in case of the total dissolution of enterprises. A special attention is paid to employees with prohibition on notice and to the participation of employment agency and labour unions in the process of making employees redundant. The legal problem of dismissal of employee - member of municipal council with regard to the influence of the dissolution of CSFR in relation to the ruling of Constitutional Court CSFR, which judged the constitutionality of this problem in the Act of CNR (Czech national council) on municipalities is mentioned in the article. One can assume that after the termination of the process of privatization pressures on liquidation of ineffective enterprises will intensify, so the necessity of solution to the process of dissolution of salaried employment of touched employees will radically increased.
