It is necessary to be aware of the urgency and importance of the contractual liberty. The phenomenom of contractual liberty is not only an empty term but it is a guide and a way out for the subjects conducting business activities that are in touch with the Czech legal system and other subjects as well. The economic consequences of this problems are more than clear.
