Czech legal regulation of unfair competition in European context

Abstract
The paper deals with the legal regulation of unfair competition and its protection in according to Commercial Code (Act No. 513/1991 Coll., Section 44 and subsq.) in context with European regulation. The paper refers to misleading advertising (Section 45) and to comparative advertising (Section 50a). The next aim of this paper is to show changes in the regulation of legal means of protection against unfair competition in conjunction to European Directive. The paper comments also another actual legal regulation, e.g. law on consumer protection, law on trademarks.
