Joint Statements of Undisputed Facts

Abstract
The article is focused on procedural possibilities of parties in determining disputed and undisputed facts, what is a prerequisite for a proper process of proving. In the first part, there is described Czech legal regulation of undisputed facts. The attention is given especially to defining this legal institute, its object, its requirements and its binding character. In the second part, there is described foreign legal regulation of institute of confession. The attention is given again especially to defining this legal institute, its object, its requirements and its binding character. In the end, there are compared both legal institutes and there are shown the several problems of the current Czech legal regulation.
