Journal of Service Design and Thinking is a diamond open access, online, peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by Masaryk University. The journal focuses on service science and the theoretical and practical implications of service science, particularly Service Design and Thinking. The journal is interdisciplinary and open to any relevant topic focused on the innovation of Services and applying Service Science principles in theory and practice. The journal is available to publish original works from ICT,  cybersecurity, management, public sector, marketing, social studies and other relevant disciplines or their value-added combination. The journal accepts original research articles, theoretical studies, and meta-analyses. The journal is open to publishing special issues focused on a particular domain of application of Service Science (for example, ICT, marketing, Smart Cities, Industry 4 and 5) or linked to significant events in the Service Science domain (like conferences, workshops, etc.)
