Information For Authors

Discourse and Interaction publishes contributions written in English:

  • articles (unpublished original manuscripts)
  • reviews (of scholarly monographs and other publications)

The manuscripts are considered for their suitability by the editorial board and then submitted for peer-reviewing.

Selection of articles for publication

The criteria for selecting unsolicited contributions comprise: novelty and originality, theoretical and methodological rigour, clear research purpose statement and argumentation, observance of academic style conventions. The Editors reserve the right to make a final selection when the number of contributions with favourable reports exceeds the number of submissions that can be conveniently published in one issue of the Journal.

Authors may submit one manuscript only at a time. Multiple submissions by the same author will not be considered.

Submission Deadlines

There are no fixed dates for submissions.

Deadlines for submissions for thematic issues are advertised by the editors.
