Abstrakt
The study deals with Czechoslovak election on May 1948. This elections were to confirm the results of the February coup d´etat. One of the cases accompanyning this rigged elections was the candidacy of the Catholic Priest and Minister of Health Josef Plojhar. His candidacies were provoked by the resistence of the Catholic hierarchy. The presented study then analyses the whole course of the dispute.
