The aim of this study is to probe into post-war events in Czechoslovakia with regard to the conditions in the Czechoslovak army. The group on which this dissertation is based are mainly aspirants, that is waiters, university students in the rank of non-commissioned officer. It is interesting to look at this group of members of the army, how they were described and evaluated in reports in the post-war period and in what actions they were deployed. Such a view also shows us political influences in the army, especially the communists were very critical of the conditions in the army. As it turned out later, it was already a question of gradual control of the most important institutions in the state. And this process was subsequently completed in February 1948.
