Abstrakt
This paper aims to the notarial instrument issued in the period of the reign of Wenceslas IV. Nowadays, this document is deposited in the parish archive in Kladsko. The introduction outlines general knowledge of notaries and their instruments as representatives of medieval diplomatics. The paper briefly remembers the case of canonry of Kladsko, its origin and extinction, therefore the reason for the deposit of the examined document. The core of the text is its brief analysis in terms of diplomatics and paleography. Given the small nature of this article, which focuses on one archival material, it is not necessary to draw more general conclusions. The study supplements older works by B. Bretholz or Volkmer and Hohause, who register the instrument but do not analyze the document in more depth.
