Situation in Subcarpathian Rus still complicated. Russophiles extremists showed disloyal Attitude except of forhungarian Autonomous Agrarian Party (AZZ), have established Russian National Party (RNAP) supported by Poland. Still existed conflict between Russian and Ukrainian orientation, especially in the linguistic and school branch. From this circle was derived third governor, after dead of Beskids governor, K. Hrabar. In spite of conflict Russo and Ukrainophiles demanded the introduce of Autonomy. Prague have protested because have affreided the Precedence in multiethnic State (instance for Germans in Sudetenland).
